Board Committees Policy

These committees are the Nomination and Governance Committee, Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Related Party Transaction Review Committee. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall not serve as the Chairperson of these committees to maintain independence and objectivity.
